The Rural accomodation is situated in the village of Pinar, in the south of the most occidental of the Canary Islands, the island of El Hierro is declared Reserve of the Biosphere by theUNESCO. The house was constructed in the early years of the XXth Century. Inititally these kind of constructions where stables for animales, but many times also served as a house. There are several other similar constructions in the area. The holiday house has been recently restored respecting the traditional architecture and the straight lines, the volume and the height of the building make it look like a small fortress.
